Portsmouth Banned From Signing New Players!

Premier League club Portsmouth has been banned from signing new players until all of the unpaid fees to other English clubs have been payed. Though the ban raises speculation about the club's financial situation, its spokesman Gary Double says that the situation ' should be resolved quickly'.

Ali Al Faraj, who holds 90% share in the Premier League club has also admitted that he is unfamiliar with football and plans to sell the club.

Portsmouth's new owner could well be from Israel(Levi Kushnir) or Hong Kong(Balram Chanrai).
